The Prize

By purchasing a Lomography camera from stockists listed in our Store Locator located on our website www.lomography.com.au or online from this website www.lomography.com.au between the period of 13 February 2013 and 30 June 2013, you are in the running to win a prize package valued at over $2500 comprising of:

• Return flights for two to Melbourne from your nearest Australian capital city;

• Two tickets for a guided Lomography Tour of Melbourne;

• Two nights accommodation at The Ovolo Hotel Melbourne;

• Dinner for 2 people at Coda Bar & Restaurant in Melbourne, up to the value of $250.00

How to enter

Purchase your Lomography camera online at this website www.lomography.com.au and through selected stockists throughout February – June 2013 for your chance to win a trip to Melbourne.

Lomography Australia/NZ has hidden one very special Golden Ticket in one camera box somewhere in Australia (NSW, QLD, SA, TAS and WA only). By purchasing a camera you will have the opportunity to find the Golden Ticket and win a fabulous holiday in Melbourne!

The winning Golden Ticket will hold a unique number which can be redeemed for The Prize upon contact with Lomography Australia/NZ.

To redeem The Prize, the winner must email lomo@lomoaustralia.com with the following details:

1. Your contact details - name, address, email address and phone number

2. A scanned copy of the Golden Ticket and a copy of the receipt/proof of purchase.

To claim your Prize, you must contact Lomography Australia/NZ (lomo@lomoaustralia.com) by no later then 5pm (AEST) on 15 July 2013. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting. Submission of the winning ticket indicates the winner’s agreement with the following Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Competition is an initiative of Lomography Australia/NZ, (the Promoter) of Lomography Australia/NZ, PO BOX 3095 Tamarama NSW 2026 ABN 32 137 509 570.

2. All employees and directors of Lomography Australia/NZ & Tourism Victoria and their immediate families are ineligible to win this competition, along with all organisation directly associated with this Competition through the supplying of prizes. Authorised retailers and their staff are also ineligible to claim The Prize.

3. Entry and participation in the Competition is free and open to all Australian residents residing in NSW, QLD, SA, TAS and WA only, aged 18 years or older. Vic, NT and ACT residents are ineligible to enter this competition.

4. The competition commences at 9.00am (AEST) on Wednesday 13 February 2013 and closes on Sunday 30 June 2013 at 11:59pm (AEST) (“the promotional period”). Permit No. LTPS-13-00698.

5. There will be a total of one major Prize awarded to the participant who, upon purchasing a Lomography camera product finds the sole Golden Ticket.

6. Submitting the winning Golden Ticket signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

7. The Prize must be claimed by contacting Lomography Australia/NZ via email lomo@lomoaustralia.com no later then 5pm (AEST) on 15 July 2013. If The Prize is unclaimed by that time, the prize will become unavailable.

8. There is one prize only. The winner of The Prize will receive return flights for two to Melbourne from their nearest Australian capital city, two tickets for a guided Lomography Tour of Melbourne, two nights accommodation at The Ovolo Hotel Melbourne and dinner for 2 people at Coda Melbourne, up to the value of $250.00. Total package valued at over $2500.00

9. The Prize must be used by the winner by 31st October 2013 or via arrangement with the Promoter.

10. The Prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The Prize must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible and The Prize is not refundable.

11. The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

12. By entering the competition, The Prize winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the competition and grants an unconditional licence to Lomography Australia/NZ & Tourism Victoria to use their name and image in any media for an unlimited time for the purposes of promotion of current and future Lomography Australia/NZ and Tourism Victoria promotions and marketing.

13. The Promoter (Lomography Australia/NZ) & Tourism Victoria and each of their related bodies corporate, and their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. Any change in the value of The Prize between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.

15. If The Prize (or part of The Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion and subject to relevant legislation, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of The Prize) with something of equal value and/or specification. The Promoter’s determination of the value of The Prize (of the part thereof) shall be taken as conclusive.

LomoMatrix: Film Photography Day 13 April

Lomography is a worldwide community sharing the passion for analogue photography. We are celebrating Film Photography Day on Saturday 13th April with LomoMatrix* events in 3 cities in Australia!

Location: Sydney/Melbourne/ Perth
Date:Saturday 13 April
Time: 11am -1pm

*Lomomatrix around the WORLD:
- Gather a bunch of Lomographers together, create a massive circle and let them shoot a picture right at the same time of somebody who makes a cool move in the middle. The outcome? A 360 degrees ‘Matrix’ – Lomography style.
